El Maestro Del Taco - Bellevue

This is my favorite Mexican food truck. The burritos are so good and just the right amount of spicy for me. I always get the lengua but everything is great. Wash it down with a bottled Coke and it's heaven in a lunch.Food: 5/5

The quintessential example of a taco truck experience: friendly staff, killer food, and all the traditional snacks and drinks in the ice box where you order. Stick around and eat under the picnic canopy or take it to go. Parking is the only challenge with this place but they make it work.Food: 5/5

OMG! For a Texan girl, I couldn't be any happier to finally give in to a food truck I recently discovered driving home from an appointment in Bellevue. The service was great-meaning friendly and greeted with smile when I ordered at the window. I ordered a burrito con avodaba (marinated pork) that was amazing! All the flavors were combined with a hint of spiciness with the jalapenos; the pork flavor was so tasty, along with some avocado and the norm rice and beans. All and all, I am glad to have this truck show up at the church neighborhood. They have a nice picnic tables setup; also covered when it's a little misty or rainy. They definitely garnered a returning customer ?Parking: Gravel and roomy for a turn around

Great family ran business with a very homey feeling. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The food truck considers weather and has two heated seating areas with over head cover. I have seen their business grow and move for 5+ and they are only getting better! Great filling burritos and the best in the area!Kid-friendliness: They can customize meals, cut in half, give additional plates etc. I tend to split a burrito with my kid since we're on a budget.
