Din Tai Fung - Bellevue

This is a dining experience you definitely shouldn’t miss. It’s best enjoyed with a group so you can sample a variety of dishes. The soup dumplings are outstanding, and the sesame noodles are a must-try. I have yet to encounter a dish that I wouldn’t return for. With 119 locations worldwide, this is one of the nicest ones I have visited.

The Xiao Long Bao was absolutely delicious, and they even provided me with a guide on how to eat them. The noodles rated a 9.8/10, though the chicken was a bit off. The cucumbers were fantastic, and they even offered us plastic straws. The service was impressively quick, with the staff regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. There was plenty of space between our table and others, allowing for easy movement.

Last week, I dined at Din Tai Fung with my family, and it was an outstanding experience. The soup dumplings were incredible—hands down the best I've ever tasted. The service was top-notch, and the restaurant's atmosphere was delightful, making it an ideal place for a family gathering. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time and relished the food. I highly recommend Din Tai Fung to anyone seeking delicious cuisine and a wonderful overall experience.

4 Stars Incredible Food, but an Annoying Policy Din Tai Fung in Bellevue is an awesome place with food that’s nothing short of impeccable. Every dish is bursting with flavor, and the quality is consistently top notch. It’s a spot I always look forward to visiting. However, they have a frustrating policy of not seating you until your entire party has arrived, which can be a real inconvenience. It’s a minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but it does take away from an otherwise fantastic dining experience. Despite that, the food is worth the wait, and I’ll definitely be back!
