Dave Buster's - Bellevue

Went with a friend and overall we both agree a solid 6/10 is what we 'd score this place. It was our first time at a D B and we were excited! First, the bad: despite being 2 of 4 people at the bar waiting to order food and drinks, we both felt we never had the focus or attention of any staff, it took 10 minutes just to order and then 30 minutes later we had to ask another server if our food was even put in! The server realized the food that had been in the window was ours! At the end of the night when we were paying we had to actually argue with the manager that they were missing 2 items off the total tab and instead of clearing it up and moving on, the manager argued with us to pay a server, which we did not have as we were at the bar. No faults there the food was good and it was an honest mix up we sorted. Of the 10 non ticket premium games we played 4 were straight up broken. The vr experience that costs extra we were really wanting to do, but after hitting the call attendant button we still stood around for 15 minutes before we had to find someone just to be told it 's broken and just moved on. Second, the good: despite the negatives we both agreed it all just felt like new bar syndrome and agree they will for sure iron out the problems. The food was really good, they made great drinks, and we spent a good amount of cash to play as many games as we could, broken games aside it was a fantastic experience. Considering the closest comparative arcade is Lucky Strike in Bellevue Square mall, I 'll goto D B 10 times out of 10. A solid 6/10 on my review for the current state with an expected increase to 8or9/10 within the next year. Final Conclusion: if you like arcades, food, drinking, and just a good time with friends, go to this Dave Busters, their selection of games kept us constantly smiling with joy as they have a fantastic selection!

Fun spot to hit up and play some games and grab some okay food. The games here are great and placed well so it?s not overcrowded. Food was mediocre but what do you expect from Dave and Busters. Simple fried or fast food options. Must have a vaccine card to participate.

Great food and service. Loved my Pie Alamo. Plenty of games for the kids and adults including VR. Food for three and two hour worth of play for two, just little over 100 bucks. They have free parking. Don?t forget to bring your vaccination card????.

We had a last minute family gathering with 12 people ages 3-50 and Dave Buster's did an amazing job accommodating our party with delicious food and fun games for all ages. Victoria the manager went out of her way to check on is and make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Update: Knocking a few stars off?we definitely came back after Senior Manager recommendation but to our dismay, our table was cleaned off prior to finishing our food and closing our tab. It seemed a like they were inconvenienced while we left to play worth over more than hundred of dollars of arcade games. They took it upon themselves to clean our table and close our tab. It?s going to be hard to come back to this place. Hopefully, others will have a better experience! DING! DING! DING! FINALLY!!! NEVER A DULL MOMENT AND ALWAYS PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! Table side/no contact order is the future of food and beverage service industry!!! Scan the QR on the table and just like that/magic, food comes out! There is a glitch since this location just opened and spoke with phenomenal senior manager, James G who was a great, warm and hospitable host! The/His staff/subordinates seems happy to be working there and James exudes/embodies the D B brand! KUDOS! More power! WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND RECOMMEND! We love this place but after our last visit I knew I would never set foot in this place again. But I guess memories were made here for my young niece and nephews. Tonight the kind and pleasant host and server named Tonya made it right again for us! She even went out of her way and reached out to her boss, manager by the name, Erik. They insisted on giving my nephews and niece a token of their appreciation for unwavering patronage. THANK YOU TO THESE TWO WONDERFUL HUMAN BEINGS NAMED TONYA and ERIK! Kudos! 2/21/2022 This place is really inconsistent! They need to work in all employees! I was told by Laurisa that was going to get a text but when I asked why other people were seated
