Chipotle 156th Ave - Bellevue

You can get a veggie version of everything on the menu. During my last visit, I ordered the vegetarian dish with brown rice, black beans, salad, pico de gallo, corn, guacamole, fajita vegetables, and salsa. It was absolutely delicious! I don't think it was oil-free, but there was no noticeable oily texture. It's a fantastic option if you're dining out.
