The management at this restaurant does not adequately manage product availability and ordering supplies. However, the staff at the counter is very polite and efficient. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not busy and the employees were overworked having to do multiple jobs. I recommend hiring competent and experienced management instead of promoting from within the staff.
I recently purchased coffee from this restaurant and found that it was mostly milk and hot water, not coffee. I went to Wendy's and received a free coffee instead. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons location.
I ordered from this restaurant through Skip The Dishes. The restaurant confirmed my order and it was delivered promptly, but half of the items were missing. Skip The Dishes quickly refunded me with credits so I could reorder the missing items. I reordered the items, paid with the credits, and waited 15 minutes for the order to be confirmed. However, the restaurant ended up cancelling the order without fixing their mistake or sending the rest of my order that had already been paid for. This was very disappointing. The least they could have done was ensure the correct items were delivered in the first place. To make matters worse, they then made their availability on Skip The Dishes unavailable, leaving me no way to get the missing products.
Placed a delivery order on Skip The Dishes . The restaurant confirmed the order and it was promptly delivered, missing half the order. Skip immediately refunded me in skip credits so I could reorder the missing items. I reordered the missing items, paid with the credits and waited for 15 minutes for Tim's to confirm my order. Instead, they cancelled the order, so they won't even correct the mistake they made and send me the rest of my order, which was previously already paid for. Very disappointing. The very least they could do is send the products they failed to send for the first delivery. Then, they shut off their availability on Skip all together, so there is actually no way for me to get my missing products.
