Qdoba Mexican Eats - Belleville

Every time I go here my order is wrong. Today they put diced tomatoes instead of pico on everything. It?s very simple to follow an order that?s on a receipt printed out for the workers.I even brought it up to the worker and she told me ?that?s how it is today? we?ll thanks for the whole diced tomato with a sliver of cilantro and onion that?s covering my burrito. It will be disgusting but I paid for it and you didn?t want to refund my money. DONT GO HERE.

Kalya and Noah definitely deserve a raise. The store was short staffed today and they are getting those orders our and serving with a smile. They were very kind and exceeded my expectations. I?m visiting Michigan for the weekend and I always eat here.. thank you for great service

It's your classic Qdoba, but better. I have never had a more kind staff at any other location and you can truly tell they work their butts off to provide great service! I refuse to go to any other location because the standards at this location exceed all others.

Food is always a decent meal but tonight the staff, especially a young gentleman working went above and beyond to comfort my daughter and I after something that shook us up happened. I am so grateful. They're reactions and comfort were far beyond what I would expect from strangers and far beyond their pay as a worker in any field. Customer service is supreme. Thank you!

It's rare to not enjoy mexican cuisine. But this fajita flavour topping was really weird and too salty. And my rice was underdone, which is just so off-putting... It's upsetting to pay for decent food, I waited an hour on Uber eats and this was just remarkably disappointing. There are apparently two salsas in here but it tastes so dry... I mean I see corn, so I guess there's corn salsa, but I feel jipped. Mixing my guac in helped a bit, but the bowl just was... Not good. By the time I opened my pico de gallo container, which was basically just a diced tomato, it smelled spoiled. Maybe I was just over it by this point. I put the lid back on and trashed it.
