Italian Affair - Bellerose

I am disappointed to have to write this review, as I have been ordering from Italian Affair for over twenty-five years. I work at a medical office and we have spent a significant amount of money at this restaurant over the years. However, every time we place an order and the new Spanish-speaking gentleman takes it, there is usually an issue with the order. Despite being patient and not wanting to cause a fuss over small mistakes, today was the final straw for me. I ordered three Grilled Chicken Caesar salads and asked for an extra dressing, but only received three salads. Normally, I ask for Parmesan cheese to be left off one salad, but this time I did not specify. Surprisingly, none of the salads had Parmesan cheese on them.

This restaurant truly has the best chicken salad I have ever had. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the price of pizza decreases after a certain time, which is pretty cool. The slices of pizza are still a traditional size and the food overall is truly amazing.

I order at least monthly from your place. Have been for years now. The delivery service is the pits. The last 3 times the food was late. Last night Thursday, December 21st) was the absolute worst yet. I placed the order at 4:35PM. I always ask how much and how long from any place I order from. Got told 35-40 minutes. Okay that is about normal. I called after waiting 12 minutes past the stated time. Oh we have lot of deliveries and not enough delivery people. Well my order was cold. This was just NOT right at all. The 2 times before that the delivery person wanted to keep the menu with my information on it and tried telling me that it was 50 cents more than I was told. He than shows me the menu where it is clearly marked with price and says he could not tell if it was a 0 or a 6. Nice try!!

Decent food and pricing. Staff was saying some really messed up stuff thinking I couldn't understand them. Made eating there very uncomfortable.
