Mcdonald's - Belle River

Awful service. Always waiting. Only a few employees that are amazing other than that they're all awful.

They forgot a burger in my order then when I went back to say something, they gave me attitude like it was my fault and the manger told me to get lost... still confused on why I was given attitude and told to get lost for asking for my meal I paid for.

Went here last week and was told they had no ice cream. Went tonight for sausage and egg mcmuffins, and was first told that they were getting the eggs in now while the truck unloads, then we got told the egg cooking machine was down for cleaning. We simply just left at this point. Went 2 times since it opened and have had 2 bad experiences.

Poor customer service by one of the employees. The rest rooms are closed. Its understanding the covid situation with rest room. but they have to understand that people in construction trade need place to wash hands and and sanitize before eat too. We are all in this together.

It would seem that McDonald's is the restaurant our Belle River area has been waiting for for a long time. Even though it opened during OurTime of pandemic it appears to have been doing very well. It is now our go-to place for our Friday breakfast. So convenient place and their service is very good. I wish them well future. I recommend stop by and see for yourself.
