Big Jakes is by far the best place to eat the West Bank. All they do is FRESH and so you have to wait. And you pay for a house cooked (not prefabricated) order. I'll go there three times a week. You pay the best. And if you don't like the best, there's always Mcdonalds or Boogerking.
Big Jake is right!. Big Jake has the best hamburger in Belle Chasse, I would probably even say the best of the West Bank. But you have to be patient for the best... prepare to wait when you get there. But that's okay, because good food needs time and Big Jakes is great!
Awesome sandwich! I got the cheese steak dressed on French bread. Shaved steak, mozzarella cheese, grilled peppers and onions, with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It was amazing.
