Bidrage med feedbackThis was one of the best culinary experiences I have had. Definitely best food so far in Italy this trip. This restaurant is family owned and the care and love of cooking was so evident. The restaurant has beautiful ambiance with a gorgeous mature vine over outside seating. Sit inside though, and you have a full view of the kitchen. Go for the 7course chef sampling, you will NOT regret it!!! The service was outstanding and wine selection and recommendations right on point. We stumbled upon this restaurant and our tastebuds were amply rewarded. Thank you Salice Blu!!
After a sweltering 40 minute walk from the ferry (we didn 't realise how far out this place was! Camilla was very welcoming. We hadn 't booked but there was plenty of choice of tables. Daughter is coeliac but they had gluten free options on menu and brought her gluten free bread. Food was very nice and we appreciated the complimentary beetroot soup 'amuse-bouche '. You can see the team working in the kitchen. Prices are in line with what you 'd expect in Bellagio (i.e. not cheap! but this place is a little oasis of calm and quality away from the tourist crowds. Only one complaint: they had some jazz music playing in the background but it was on a continuous loop so we heard the same tune about thirty times!
This restaurant was absolutely amazing in every way. The service, presentation, and 7 course tasting were extraordinary. I would recommend to anyone visiting Bellagio.
Beautiful place with a wonderful, charismatic chef! interesting experiences besides high kitchen as cooking classes, walk in the forest near for truffles and a collection of 14000 bottles amazing wine. highly recommended!
Ho avuto l'onore e il piacere di ricevere un regalo attraverso un tour operator, una cena in cantina con lezione di vino dal prof. sommelier in questa struttura, insieme a mia moglie. A volte, quando si ha una giusta aspettativa, i fatti non sono in linea con ciò che si era idealizzato. invece qui era tutto davvero superlativo partendo dallo chef luigi, ironico/istrionic maestro sommelier e room manager, poi fabrizio e tutto il personale. cena completa di alta cucina con vino perfetto abbinato ai piatti rifiniti con un dolce quadri da lasciare senza parole. molto interessante anche le molte informazioni ricevute sul servizio del vino in camera. Peccato che non ci abbia sopportato. In breve, è impossibile anche per un pigro come me trovare un difetto. Possiamo dire che diverse bottiglie in cantina avevano un po' di polvere. Non so quando, ma voglio tornare indietro. Ciao, luigi, continua così.
