Maxie's Restaurant and Lounge is probably the only restaurant in Belize that has given me excellent service each time I've visited them. Their spotless dining area and ambiance encourages you to relax and leave the experience to the professionals. Ms. Angelica has waited on us each time and I must say she is very attentive and pleasant, and quick to help us navigate their menu which is very diverse but not overwhelming. And if you haven't been there, their Curry Chicken is to die for! All in all, if you're looking for great dining experience and good Belizean picks, I would definitely recommend Maxies Restaurant and Lounge .

Beautiful decor and Atmosphere. The bartender Mar, is amazing with her mixologist skills. Look at these drinks! She knew her stuff and was very attentive. My first meal had to be taken back and I got a replacement without a fuss or charge. Truly enjoyable experience here.

Maxie's food and drinks were great. My favorites were the enchiladas and plantain with cilantro sauce. The waitress did not seem as genuine with her service being offered, hence the reason for my 4 star rating; I believe customer service is very important when running a business. The ambiance was nice, with comfortable seating. This is definitely a nice spot to chill and dine.

Went with my bestie and we thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed jalapeños served with mango salsa. And boy are they generous with the margaritas! Posh ambiance and swift service. Definitely going back!
