What a surprise to see a mini Starbucks bar located inside a bookstore. The sofa seats here are so da comfortable. Make sure to come early to occupy one as the seats are limited .

Can be quite busy even during weekday. One of the few stores providing reserve coffee. They don't always keep the same reserve beans and one blend could be better than the other, subject to individual palate profile. Tasted Hawaii Ka'u and Panama blends. Personally i prefer Jamaica, which is not available here. The lady incharge of the Reserve section is super friendly.

Perfect place for quick lunch, huge cup of coffee and peace quiet. This place felt spacious and comfortable to hang out. I don’t mind to do my work or study here.

Staff had missed one of the order and had to wait for it to be prepared. The store was not crowded at the time. Drinks somewhat made up for the disappointment the Reserve line serves smooth, delectable coffee. Had better customer experience in Reserve stores in BKK and SIN. Ambience is good but staff could be more alert on the orders.
