I’ve fallen in love with this place! There are many vegetarian dishes to choose from. The lentil soup is delicious, and the beet hummus and chickpea hummus are fantastic. The fragrant mushroom stew topped with sour cream and fresh herbs is a must-try, along with the crispy pickled mushrooms as an appetizer. The highlight for me is the freshly baked sourdough bread, which is yeast-free. They even have a dessert with NO SUGAR AND NO EGGS – the brownie is to die for! Plus, the people here are so friendly. Food: 5/5!

In my opinion, you will find the best борщ in Russia. The other food is also very delicious. It is highly recommended that you arrive in Belgorod.
The food is good, and P.T. is a nice, interesting place.
