Domino's Pizza - Belen

Want a couple weeks ago order pizza online it's kind of a newer location I didn't realize they were so backlogged that it was going to take over an hour to get my pizza so I ordered from their nearby competitors even though Domino's has a better pie I'll give them another shot here in the near future

I usually never have a problem here but this time I had the worst experience. First of all I ordered for delivery late, I received a salad that I wasn’t happy with I didn’t open or tamper with it and thought first thing I will go and trade it out tomorrow well when I did I got told no I was also refused a refund I have the receipt the salad and was offer nothing. I am very disappointed and feel as though I was robbed. I paid for something and received something I wasn’t happy with such a shame . Won’t be eating here anymore

You guys are amazing I live in los Chavez and you guys are the only ones who deliver out here and you guys get the food tasting perfect everytime and fast too considering how far I am thank you all so much

The team need to get more of a team and work together, and stop B.S. until ahead of the curve, got to wait a hour, not really a excuse just because there's a lot of orders, should probably try to help and see what can be done instead of talking and talking, just need to take the job a little more serious and get it done, and if not don't work there, the town is growing so hire better help maybe or manager could step up, but food is good

Rude manager put online order still waited 30 more minutes asked for the manager he was rude told me I can go somewhere else if I wanted better service this was not called this was at 5:45 got pizza at 6:29 Pizza was cold
