Sonic Drive-in - Bel Air

The food is fine, not bad for fast food. But the near 30 minute wait even in the drive-thru is not acceptable. I'm going to hold off going back until I hear they have fixed that issue.

Let’s start from the beginning- no one greeted me. My blizzards came out first, then 25 minutes later my food came out. Blizzards we’re melted by the time I pulled off. Got home and the food was horrible, my children wouldn’t even eat it. There was absolutely no customer service at all. I will not be back. Someone needs to step in and change the culture. Very disappointing.

What a fun experience! I’d only ever watched commercials of it and had never experienced it until now. Their chili cheese tots, I added onion and it was good. Their chicken sticks meal was good, 2 onion rings, and 1 toast. Confusing but tasted good. The ordering is the gunner part and the experience I wanted. The food was just mediocre. Maybe I should have ordered something worse for me! There’s always next time!!

Good food. Unfortunately, the slow service and boorish staff detract from the overall rating. If you do not mind waiting a long time for decent food, then get a meal here. Bring plenty of cash unless you hit on one of their specials.

I always enjoy their food, but even the drive thru seems to take longer than other fast food places. I wouldn't go if you are pressed for time, but otherwise they are nice.
