Bidrage med feedbackThey never really have chicken, you ask for wings they don’t have none, you ask for legs they don’t have none, you want crispy they don’t have it, if you not gonna have chicken why are you open like seriously everytime I go they never have what I want and I don’t understand why.
Ordered a bucket of their extra crispy chicken for pickup and had 2 problems. #1 the mobile app says to go inside to pickup. Problem was they had the door closed. Ended up going through the drive thru. #2. I got a bucket of mixed chicken. 75% original recipe and 25% crispy. Didn't think I needed to check, so I didn't know till I got home. Now I feel like I have to treat KFC like a small child in the future.
Very friendly service but chicken is either burnt or was put back in the fryer, and biscuit is like a rock.Really disappointed.
I just wanted to write to commend Lynaia for her hard work. I ended up going inside after the drive through due to a long wait- and I found that Lynaia was doing all the work herself while several other employees were goofing off in a room near the front counter. I tried to tell her how annoying it must be that they were not helping her, and she didn't seem to mind at all. She just ran around on her own, helping people at the front register, in the drive through, and then running to the back to cook and put together the orders. I was so impressed with her attitude handling all that work and I guess it was a good reminder that while it might have at first felt like I was getting bad service, seeing behind the scenes reminded me we never really know the whole story. She was behind because she was doing at least 3 people's jobs, more like the work of 5 people based on how things are normally run. Thank you Lynaia and I hope you get the respect and help you deserve.
Only person in line, waited 5 minutes to b greeted. Only to find out no chicken pot pies. Left chicken pot pie was the only reason to b there.
