Bidrage med feedbackIt 's 9:15PM, and you 've got a craving for a Burrito. Sure, you could just go to Taco Bell, but who wants that processed fast food junk? Instead you decide to go to Chipotle in the Festival of Bel Air. it 's only a fifteen minute drive. You pull up, you see employees through the window. It 's 9:40 because of traffic. You reach for the door, pulling it open and find it locked. One of the employees inside looks at you, shaking their head. They 're closed. See, what you didn 't bank on was that the employees of this restaurant are rebels. They don 't subscribe to your boomer ideals of closing times. They close whenever they feel like it. But the door says 10PM? Nah man, we closing at 9:30. Maybe even 9. But usually, it 's always 15 to 30 minutes before their actual posted closing time. You go to Taco Bell up the street in Bel Air anyways. Because at least they abide by their posted hours
The prepping station and serving line was filthy. The staff preparing meals had no hair nets on. My food was cold and didn’t include the items I ordered. The manager had excuse after excuse as to why the restaurant was dirty and there food wants prepared according the the order. The Health aren’t. Needs to come and hand out a citation. I observed so many violations. I wish I could give zero stars
Today 9/08/22 Myself and 5 other people tried to come into this location to order food and leave we arrived at 8:45pm and they weren’t supposed to be closed until 10pm. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us at this location either. 8/29/22 my boyfriend and I went to pick up our Mobile order 1) when I got there I was About to leave and the guy bagging my order forgot to give me a tortilla on the side.(that’s fine be remembered after the fact) 2) 4 of the toppings I wanted on the bowl was not placed on the bowl. I can Understand 1 topping maybe 2 missing but 4? Is unacceptable
So, I just want to say this review is mostly to point out poor management. My food was good, the women that made my bowl and helped me were very helpful and professional. Here 's the bad, there 's a manager who works here, I don 't know his name, but he 's white, pretty short, and covered in tattoos. He 's awful and left the employees under his care just to crash and burn. I went in on 09/1/22 during lunch. The two women working the line greeted me and made my food. They were also trying to juggle replenishing the line, and cleaning up. There was no cashier. The manager was out in the lobby making himself a drink, talking to an employee, and just generally wandering around doing nothing. The line was getting longer, people were getting frustrated that they were able to order their food, but were unable to check out. The young women on the line apologized to me multiple times. She asked the manager to please check me out because their was no cashier. He stated he Well I don 't know what she ordered. Um, excuse me? It 's literally written on the lid of the bowl. She unpacked my bag and explained to him what I ordered, he finally let me pay. Then, after he was done with me, walked away again and let the others waiting to pay just standing there. I also witnessed another customer ask for a meat that wasn 't on the line, one of the women wasn 't sure if they had it that day. She asked the manager and he just shrugged. So, she had to take it upon herself to leave the line and ask one of the cooks. He 's just a sad excuse for a manager. Keep this in mind next time you come here, be patient with employees because it 's not entirely their fault.
The last three times I have gone to this particular Chipotle during dinner time they have been out of several items. When we asked the person behind the counter If they had any more in the back, she looked at us like we were asking for her first born child. I understand that every so often food places will be out of something but not every time and not multiple items. I will not be back. If there was a zero rating I would have picked it.
