Toast barely browned, ‘crunchiest’ barely cooked and soggy

Im a nurse who took care of covid patients. The guys cooking had there masks on there chins. The guy in the pink shirt started making comments about I guess touching my mask with my gloves is o.k. after he was asked to put his mask on properly. I love the food but the attitude tells me i need to find a new place. Im sure the health department would not approve of his attitude either.

Upon walking in, i was greeted in a friendly way. I was able to order lunch food during morning hours and was happy with that. The service was very very efficient and joked with the customers. The food prep was the perfect temp to go, and was very tasty. I ordered the Belly Buster, Cajun Chicken Breast on a bagel, and an Ala Carte Shrimp Salad. Very happy with the whole experience from the time I walked in until the time I left with my to go order.

We love Bel Air bagel works and are missing our bagels. I hope to order some tomorrow. They are always so friendly and your food comes out quickly. Great place to eat and very reasonable.

Came in and seen our waitress sitting and lounging not knowing she was a waitress at the time because she was just sitting at a table talking and literally slouched in a booth. No greeting from anyone until she came to take our order, which was about 5 minutes even though she was sitting right behind us doing nothing as she seen us come in. Got our food and was cold, no sorry, no discount even though I think the manager came and gave us a duplicate check but thinking she discounted something but didn’t. I just paid the whole original amount with no tip and will not return. And the waffles I got I don’t think they were homemade. Also our table and the table next to us was dirty too upon sitting down but plenty of staff was just standing around talking. Horrible horrible ran business and poor customer service
