The food is better than you can ever imagine. Hotel, rooms and conference room are both functional and very pretty. We had a great time here.

Food was amazing. There is not a lot to choose from, you'll have what they offer that day. But you will not regret it. Every single bite is carefully thought through, and all the flavours make sense together. The appetizers surprised us the most, especially the crab, we did not see that coming. Incredible food and lovely ambient.

We stopped for lunch on the De Historiske island hopping tour from Bergen. The food was delicious and incredibly filling, and the service was excellent. I’m a vegetarian and my companion is a gluten-free pescatarian, yet they fully and excellently accommodated us!

We stayed in a suite at the top in Tønnefabrikken and had a dog with us. Nice suite clean and nice. It's a pity that there weren't more windows so that the view to the sea was better. Service and food were impeccable. We chose the tasting menu and wine package. Incredibly good and generous. Great table with a view to the harbour. Asta and Karin, as well as our experienced waiter, made the experience complete. Thank you for having us! Rooms: 4
