Bidrage med feedbackWas staying at Parador and was extremely disappointed with restaurant. Arrived three minutes to eight to a dining room that had a few customers in it. ?hostess/manager approached us to ask why we were there with a reservation at eight. We then asked her if she wanted us to return in 3 minutes and she said yes. She was extremely rude. When we returned, we then understood that the dining room didn’t actually open until eight as we were followed by a train of other guests with reservations. They proceeded to put extremely bright lights on and paraded us to our tables. Despite looking out the window at beautiful scenery, the hotel had NO AMBIENCE. Sparse tables, no music, white walls, bright lights and not even a candle on the table. We felt like we were in. Sterile cafeteria. Staff were not friendly at all which was very different than hotel staff. Although the food was ok, the entire experience was overshadowed by the poor ambience and unfriendly staff. Would not recommend unless they address these concerns.

I didn't expect anything exceptional but some dishes were really disappointing.. really bad fish soup (I didn't know anything) and we told the waiter because we missed it all without just trying it out; they didn't have the detail or to say if we wanted anything else. beautiful place for the views but you'd better enjoy them on the terrace with a snack only. nice waiters.
Honestly, it is noted that we came from a pandemic. I'll be back because I think that together, everything will get better. I can't score as I wish, today. I'm sure I'll do it next day. We all feel a little strange and start again costs. The place is a gift to the senses.
