The personal of this place is useless, every time I'm there, I miss something about my order. it is not difficult to read what is on the order and why offer sauce and never give sauce.

Ordered 3 large thick shakes. Got 3 that were three quarters full and more like milk shakes. Pathetic. Won’t be back again. Prices are bad enough without staff ripping customers off.

I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the long wait times in the drive-thru. It doesn’t help that the waiting bays are NEVER utilized! Additionally, the way the burgers are put together—by tossing the ingredients around—has become quite annoying. I often find myself needing to reassemble my order because it looks more like it was shuffled than properly assembled.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Cheryl. Each time I’ve been served by her, she has displayed a rude attitude and a lack of professionalism. I've never encountered someone with such a low level of customer service experience.

I’m surprised to see some of the reviews here. We stopped by this morning for a break during a long car trip, and I have to say, this is the cleanest McDonald's I’ve ever visited. The restrooms were sparkling, the floors were freshly mopped and clean, and all the tables were spotless. Great job!
