Bidrage med feedbackI had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered a bagel with three toppings, but it arrived with only one. The lack of skill and effort from the staff is truly disheartening. If the team here could put in just a bit more effort and show some genuine interest in their work, it would greatly improve the overall experience. I may not be a professional, but I believe it shouldn't require a PhD to prepare a bagel according to the customer's request.
My experience at this restaurant isn’t necessarily specific to this location, but I found it frustrating during my visit. There were four staff members working the drive-thru while only one person was taking orders inside. I counted five customers in line, myself included, and there was no initiative from the staff to switch over and help inside until two more customers joined the line. When assistance was finally offered, the staff member at the front told us we were being patient, so there was no need for help. It was clear that the customer behind me was not pleased with that response. I understand that efficiency in the drive-thru is important, but when I choose to come inside because the outside line is long only to find a similar wait time inside, it’s frustrating to see extra staff standing around instead of distributing the workload.
I’ve ordered coffee from this place a few times, but I hesitated to write a review because my experience has been quite inconsistent. On many occasions, my coffee arrived with no sugar at all. I thought it might just be that the sugar settled at the bottom and wasn't mixed well, so I started stirring my coffee each time, but it didn’t help. I don’t visit Tim's for coffee frequently, but when I do, I would appreciate a bit more attention to detail with the orders. I’m giving an extra star because the service was friendly and quick.
Don't bother visiting when it's busy. During off-peak hours, it's just your typical Tim Hortons. However, if it's crowded, you might want to consider another place. I witnessed the staff completely overlook the in-store line for 15 minutes during lunch. There was an elderly woman in her eighties using a walker at the front, and every single staff member passed by her without acknowledging her.
I always feel rushed when I use the drive-thru, to the point where one of the staff members seems rude. I forgot to ask for chocolate milk for my kids, and when I inquired at the window, I was told they didn’t have any, which made me feel like I was being lied to. So, I sent my wife inside to check, and surprisingly, she came out with two chocolate milks.
