Cold Stone Creamery - Bedminster

Coldstone is in the regular five stars with me, but that's when I visit them in woodbridge. I visited these in bedminster today and rough. the two teenagers who work, did not wear gloves while they melt the ice that is super careless and they were so inefficient. the first time that my order was made that the worker used it in chocolate sauce and the ice cream looked like suppe next time I drive the additional half hour to the location in woodbridge.

We got here around 7:30 pm on a freezing cold night. There were a few more people than we thought but the service was great. There was young lady working when we got there so we waited a bit and a young gentleman came to help us. All three of us ordered our ice cream and were treated very courteously. Let me also mention I LOVE ice cream! I'm not a huge fan of Coldstones in general bc I don't like too many things inside my ice cream. But since we all wanted ice cream and this was the closest I wasn't going to refuse. To my surprise, and pleasure, when he made our ice cream he cut up the candy pieces really small so it almost became one with the ice cream rather than a large chunk of Reese's in the bowl. A friend had an ice cream with fruit in it and he didn't completely break up the fruit so there was nice texture in the ice cream. Again, since I don't frequent the chain I'm not sure if this is how they do it everywhere but, we ordered the small size to go with a lid. He made it in a small cup then put the small cup inside a medium cup and put a lid on the medium cup. Since there is no seating inside, we ate in the car. This way of packing it really prevented a mess and I'm really grateful that he did it in such a way. Like I said, I'm not a huge fan of Coldstone style ice cream but if I had to pick, I'd say this was the best experience I've had at a Coldstone and would consider coming back here. No pictures since it was below freezing by the time I opened my ice cream.

I went in today to get an ice cream for myself .The young man working there was so pleasant and warm.I ended up tasting some new flavors and also got 2 more ice creams to go .He calls himself Christian. We need more people like him working with that pleasant attitude , makes this world a better place ?and of course makes you enjoy the icecream and return for more!

The staff is so friendly. Definitely will go back there, just not after going to Orange Theory Fitness, which is next door

The stars are bc the ice cream is good. HOWEVER I called all day yesterday to order ice cream pie for today and no answer for 6 hours. Soooo frustrating. Has happened many times in the past they are only open sporadically it seems so will order ice cream cakes elsewhere
