Bidrage med feedbackThis is an experience not to be missed! A group no larger than 16 is seated in the kitchen, around the cooking area. One-two chefs, usually including the head chef, cooks the food and explains what he is making and why. The sommelier explains each wine in the flight. The pastry chef makes a special dessert. Lots of food and a bit pricey but so worth it!

Chef Sam cooked your meals right in front of you while chatting and joking with the 17 guests. He also explained how the dishes were prepared and answered any questions. He was very entertaining. The food was top-notch and gourmet. Todd, the sommelier, was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend trying it at least once.
Dining at this restaurant is always a delight, and this was our 4th visit. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect in a bustling kitchen, with a modest noise level that still allows for easy conversation. The food was fantastic, especially the duck breast course which was outstanding. The wine pairings were spot on. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be returning!
The chef, Sam, impressively blends cooking and entertainment in a remarkable way. Every dish was delightful, and the wine selections were perfect. The atmosphere at the table/counter, with fourteen other diners, was lively and chatty. Overall, it was a top-notch evening.
