Seriously one of my fave places. I go everytime I travel and not sure what I want to eat.

Sadly My first and last time at this Texas Roadhouse DUE TO THE SERVER: joined the waitlist online, for a party of two , arrived and was immediately seated: our server Brittnay quickly greeted us with a stale, rude attitude, seemed to treat us immediately as if “they’re not going to tip me” I asked her a simple question about the steak sizes, she pointed at the menu and said “so no starters like I said” she also seemed bothered that we didn’t get any soda or appetizers… She not only once but multiple times cut me off, ignored my question and was simply disrespectful towards me Throughout our entire dining experience Brittnay expressed a passive aggressive, uninviting, and extremely rude personality. After she noticed the tip was short (after being disrespected my entire visit she added a smart remark “we are working off tips as she walked away! I’ve never been more disappointed, disrespected in an establishment I paid good money to enjoy myself at! The food was fresh, hot and delicious, but the service was unacceptable and I’m still waiting to further discuss the issue with management.
