Bidrage med feedbackLove TBL8! Really comfortable environment, it is in the footprint of a former florist, so much light, super clean and very spacious. You can watch the cooks and talk to them (the family that owns the place are really great to know really up and upcoming taps in the Bedford area that do a lot for local schools and youth sports. But enough about the food, oh wow the food. Nothing is frozen or fried (they don't even have a freezer! It is all cooked FRESH and by SCRATCH (also the Vinaiigrette from family recipes they develop, and it shows. They love their recipes and are more than happy enough to offer recommendations, and trust me when you take their ideas or build your own, home trip every time. Her meatballs melt in your mouth, her pasta is perfectly cooked, and her sauces have more spices and varieties than Sicily itself. If you need for a fast casual Italian restaurant with healthy options and at home enough for a family dinner, or are looking for something really fresh food, go to TABLE 8!
We were here a few times. We enjoyed the food both times. You choose your type of pasta, your type of sauce, and then meat or vegetables, so you can mix and match your heart’s content. I enjoyed the Linguine with Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli. The portions are a good size and your food comes with one or two fresh rolls; as soon as we have given a roll and another time two reels each. The rolls were pretty good and complemented the pasta. Drinks are made from a stand-up cooler. You order in the register, pay, and then bring your food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One knock is that when it is overcrowded, it can be very loud as there are a lot of tiles that there is a clean feeling, but makes sound bounce when there is a lot.
T8 is my favorite place to get takeout. Staff are so nice, the food is ready and is SO good. I try to get different things every time and I never had a mistake with my order or an order that I was not completely satisfied with. It is healthy and it really reminds me of chic Italian restaurant pasta, so I would say it is quite expensive. Thank you!
When I heard there was a pasta place behind the Walgreens in Bedford, I didn't think much of it because we don't eat pasta, but stay in front of Carbs. But my husband checked the menu and decided to try it as they have herbal noodles as one of the options. We have the TBL8 special sauce. This has marinara, cream, pancetta, cheese, mushrooms garlic. There are pages of protein you can also add. That sounded pretty good, so we got something for dinner. It was really excellent! My daughter had the Diablo sauce on pasta and said that was also delicious as the homemade cannoli. Try it. You'll be so happy you did it!
Absolutely, incredibly, and ridiculously delicious. I had gluten free penne with Alfredo and it was SOOOOO yummy!!!! I am not a huge fan of the ambience, personally (just a little too modern for my tastes), and that Alfredo sauce is totally gonna get me back there anyway! Garlic bread was also good!
