Bidrage med feedbackI tried calling the restaurant several times over the course of a few days, but the phone never got answered. I even reached out to Subway Corporate via email, but after a month, I still hadn’t received a response. I’ve always liked Subway, but I won’t be coming back to this location again.
This is by far my favorite Subway in all of DFW. The manager, Austin, always goes above and beyond to insure that every experience I have is better than the last. On several occasions I have witnessed customers be very rude or try to treat the employees poorly, always over things that are clearly out of their control, however I'm always relieved because of the professional manner in which the employees handle those situations. I go out of my way in order to get my sandwich from this location!
I ordered a chicken sub on the ubereats app. I waited for 40 minutes and then a driver was picking up my order and they called and said they are out of chicken so I said I guess just cancel it then, sorry they had you drive out for nothing. Then subway didn 't cancel it and had a 2nd and then a 3rd driver show up to no chicken. I had to reach out to uber to tell them what was going on. I think the people working tonight at subway might actually be special
I visited the restaurant today and asked three different employees for the code to get the BOGO50 deal. I found out the information eventually, but when I asked one staff member, she was quite rude. The other two employees didn’t have any information either. Unfortunately, I've decided not to return. I've been a loyal customer for months, and after this experience, I left frustrated without making a purchase. What a disappointment!
I ordered the "Great Garlic" sandwich as it was described on the menu, but it was not prepared correctly. There were no salads, tomatoes, or onions as expected, and the main component, the garlic aioli, was lacking. While the menu lists all the ingredients that should be included, my sandwich was completely dry and flavorless. It's clear that the menu is accurate, but it seems no one bothered to follow it. I have no intention of returning to this place. Additionally, from reading other reviews, it’s evident that calling them for assistance is pointless because they never answer the phone. It seems that every Essenza location in Bedford has staff who are not properly trained, leading to consistent mistakes. It’s incredibly frustrating! The menu clearly states what toppings should be on the sandwich, yet mine came with none of them.
