New Yamazato - Bedford

I ate there on Sunday 3-10-24 and had the Hibachi and had food poisoning for hours later. That was very severe. Had to call my doctor on Monday.

Food was plain and greasy. Miso soup looked like instant soup. Horrible music playing. Won't be back

Food was well made. I had the Ribeye Hibachi and my wife had the shrimp Hibachi and both were very good. The Miso soup seemed to lack some flavor in the broth. It's a 15 minute drive from my house to here and the food was ready when I arrived. It was still hot when I returned home.Vegetarian options: Hibachi and other meal items could be just vegetables. The spring rolls do not have meat.

The food is always delicious, we eat it multiple times a week, these people go above and beyond for their customers, especially the guys who answers the phones, takes the orders, payments, prepares togo also in the kitchen, I see him doing it all, I believe he's the owner but I'm not certain. In my opinion, new yamazatos is one of the top places to eat in all of bedford. It is also extremely affordable, for what your getting how much of it your getting, EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE.. I think it's worth more than they charge, im not complaining by any means but it's very good food at a very affordable price.

I live Japanese food. And they do a pretty good job. The dining room could use a little tlc, but all in all was a good experience. Food was hot. Thatbis always a plus.
