Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bedford

Yikes. This is the roughest chipotle I have been to. We walked in at 9:05, the website and door say open until 10. One of the employees was visibly irritated when we walked in. He didn’t greet us but did yell “ people up to the line” to get other employees to come up front from the back. After ordering I asked one of the employees if they were open to 10, so we could sit down to eat. There were two other customers eating at tables. He said “uh I don’t know”. They clearly did not want us staying. After we walked out to eat our meals in the car) they locked the door at 9:15. While we were sitting in the car for 20 minutes eating, 7 other cars pulled up trying to enter. Staff looked at them and continued to talk with eachother. As a former long term restaurant manager, I’m writing this to make sure the manager of this location is aware of what is happening. If you close at 9, update the door and website hours.

Staff is helpful and friendly. There is a lot on the menu but seems everything comes with rice beans. I wish they had other options for sides. I always end up.paying full price for one item because I don't eat rice beans. That said, the drinks are amazing here. If I could give zero stars I would. This Chipolte location has really gone downhill. It is ALWAYS filthy, dirty tables, dirty floors and overflowing garbage. We generally do takeout because the restaurant is just gross. When we got today's order home, we found the bowl was about a quarter filled. We kept hoping it would get better, because, in general, we like Chipotle, but we won't come back. I can't believe the manager lets this place look like this. Service: Take out
