Blimpie in Apple Market is my favorite spot for subs in Bedford. I've been going there since it opened when I was a kid. In my opinion, their roast beef sub is the best, although all their sandwiches are delicious. The toppings are always fresh and crisp, and you can really taste the quality—everything is definitely fresh and never day-old. The staff is also very friendly and helpful; they’ve never been rude to me. It’s truly the best sub shop ever!
