We would have liked to visit the brunch on Sunday a second time. a telephone access is basically quite difficult. After I had reached a damm, it informed me that it is not able to see the calendar for the brunch, this can only happen by certain female employees who are no longer there by 18 o'clock at the latest, so if I should just write an email, then I would quickly get an answer if the desired date is still available. after a day later, no one (by email) I tried again my luck around only 18 o'clock. the same on the device, have asked me to connect to a colleague, so at least I know if the appointment is still free. it is no longer there that I have replied that it cannot be too much to write a two-liner if the date is free or not? Answer: if all this takes too long, they also don't have to visit our brunch and can stay away. we will do that too! this company apparently has not yet to pay attention to the customer-friendliness, a scandal actually.

The restaurant is also listed at groupon. after purchase, they should send the voucher code by email with the booking date there. Unfortunately, they do not adhere to the Groupon requirements and try to get the security code with all means in advance. short for the explanation: the provider has both, he could redeem the voucher beforehand, without already having an inconvenience. groupon therefore says that the indication of the security code should not be transmitted to the provider until the person appears in the restaurant. I have therefore denied it after the code. I was then contacted by the restaurant by phone and the lady on the phone really needed me to call her the code. a nice set among others was "I shouldn't do that, the others would do that too! "After I wasn't ready to do that, and I tried again kindly, the procrastinating, she was really unfriendly and was accustomed to me that I didn't say at any time! because the customer mine please did not stop to lower their vote again, I must let that speak! for a 4-star hotel with restaurant this is simply shameful and I can only buy on the heart no good over groupon for this restaurant! no warning whether it is so desired by the Guts owner (I cannot honestly imagine) but the dame on the phone should be set definitiw (yes, time) into an anti-aggression seminar. this incident is also tested again at groupon! to the happiness there is also a written mailing course;) we were always very happy there so far and had welcomed both the hotel and the restaurant, but we will certainly not do this in the future.
