Sonic Drive-in - Beckley

To start with the wrong food was brought to us. We had to take it in and wait for the correct food. Then my wife's food was burnt, covered with too much sauce, probably to cover up the burned part. Also, there was supposed to be pulled pirk on the sandwich. The amount was a joke, there was a small amount in the middle of the sandwich. Very disappointing visit.

I’m not this person ever but.. me and my partner came to this sonic at 940 pm and when we pulled up to the drive thru the guy said “we’re in the process of closing” and turned off all the lights before we even got out of the parking lot. mind you they don’t close until 10.

My first experience I got the heel of the bread on my BLT toaster. I called to ask if this was normal. They informed me it was not an offer to give me another sandwich upon my return. I would like to thank everyone involved when I returned, the sandwich was excellent! As a consumer, I demand quality product. I think Sonic for making me a returning customer.

This restaurant is horrible! The food is over or under cooked, and they mess up many customers' orders.

First time ever eating at a Sonic. It was later in the evening/night and we couldn't go in. But staff were friendly. Service was good and the food was really good as well.
