King Tut Drive-in - Beckley

I rated this restaurant four stars because I have loved it since childhood! However, this was the first time I had a disappointing meal, and I've tried almost everything on the menu over the years. I ordered the pork steak, which I've had before, but it definitely didn't taste the same this time. The texture was off, and it was fatty and overly salty. When my husband brought it home and I opened the package, the meat was still in plastic and looked like it had been microwaved. The baked potato was fantastic, as usual, and my salad was good, but I just couldn't eat the meat.

I’m visiting for the first time in 30 years. The service was excellent, even though the server had to dash across the parking lot. The food remains fantastic after all these years. I was surprised by the variety of items on the menu!

My husband and I traveled around and found this trip together! The drive is a little strange, but we found out! I'll say we went during a lunch break and it took forever! HOWEVER! My Ruben sandwich was so delicious! Our fries were hot, so despite waiting, the food was so worth it! We also have 2 cakes. We have the chocolate cake and a cherry cake, both absolutely delicious! I would recommend stopping by! The workers are beautiful!

Everything we had was really good and filling (they give you a lot) and a good price. They bake their own rolls there and they are awesome!
