I want to start by saying that I've been a loyal customer of Fireside Grill for many years, and I've rarely been let down. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a Lil-Bomber Burger (1/4 lb), and the patty was incredibly small—so small that it was practically hidden by the bun! Additionally, the patty was supposed to be topped with Gorgonzola cheese, but there was none to be found. For a $14 burger, I would expect much better attention to detail. If I had dined in, this could have been easily rectified, but since I ordered to-go, I didn't have the opportunity to check my order at the counter. Disappointed is an understatement, and I will definitely think twice before ordering from here again.
