Love Love Love Nothing Bundt Cakes. Yesterday we got the wrong order so I called today and the customer service was AWESOME! She rectified the situation for me quickly efficiently. Pleased with both the service the treats.

I’m Deaf. I told woman I wanted snickerdoodle and strawberry n’ cream Bundt. I even point them out to her. I didn’t realize she only gave me strawberry n’ cream. No snickerdoodle. I’m bummed. Called a few days in advance to find out about placing an order (four dozen bundtinis) and had prompt service from the team, who were very knowledgeable and quick to answer all my questions. Preferred this location to others closer to me because they are open Sundays and I wanted fresh bundtinis for my Sunday event. I ordered one day in advance, even though they told me I could order same day, and was able to pay over the phone. Super easy pick up, great team, and all my guests loved the dessert … – show

Absolutely horrible experience every single time I come into this location I always am somehow told what cannot be done. Too bad that the customer service isn't as good as the cake The cake almost makes the verbal abuse worth it. Survey completed
