Clean! Spacious enough for a line during peak hours to cycle people in and out of the establishment. Enough seating for the less busy more casual customers to stay and enjoy. The order system is self-managed with three consoles that have tap pay access. The staff is kind and helpful!Food: 5/5

I grabbed a classic milk tea on my way out and really enjoyed it. What I especially liked is that the tea was REAL loose leaf tea, so you could really taste it as opposed to the artificially-tasting powder that some places use. The tapioca pearls were fresh as well, so there wasn’t a hardness in the center, and I got a cool glass for free! I will definitely be coming back and bringing some friends along too. A good place for some good bubble tea options, great part is it’s served in glass bottle which you can reuse .

The staff seemed uninviting; perhaps they were just having a bad day. The guy who made our drinks called out my name, dropped them on the counter, and then walked into the back without making any eye contact with us. It was a poor customer experience, but we hoped to salvage it by enjoying our drinks. Unfortunately, after taking a sip of the over-steeped, bitter green tea—so bad that not even sugar could fix it—I looked over at my boyfriend, who had his own issues. His boba was a gooey mess he couldn’t even sip through (see the picture). Also, the cheap plastic cup and lid they used caused spills all over us as we walked; they clearly need a proper boba cup-sealing machine instead of this setup. Honestly, I’m not willing to pay $2 for a disposable cup I either have to throw away or carry around all day, which effectively inflates the cost of a single drink to about $8. Even if this tea were the best in the world, it wouldn’t be worth it. As it stands, I wouldn’t return unless someone paid me to do so.

I tried the Taro Milk Tea with lychee, rainbow boba, and popping boba, and I absolutely loved it! You can add up to three types of boba at no extra charge. I appreciated their use of reusable glass containers and found the unique names on the menu to be fun. Ordering is convenient through tabs, and the prices are reasonable. You can also customize the sweetness level, and they offer a few drinks made with almond milk. There’s street parking available, which is another bonus!
