Five Guys - Beaverton

I had a mini bacon burger, and overall, it was a great experience. However, they unfortunately didn't have any fry sauce (secret sauce) or ranch dressing available. It also took about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. On the plus side, the burger was hot, fresh, and tasty!

Foods good but the wait is horrible. I understand this place is understaffed, like most businesses. But they really should communicate live times for pickup. I’ve been curbside for an order that’s almost 45 minutes late. They aren’t picking up their phones and they seemed very impatient on the phone. It’s too bad good needs better service.

$15 for a cheeseburger (of yeah, they didn’t add the cheese or ANY toppings) and fries. The staff obviously didn’t care but they were all very younger kids with no manager in site. Maybe peanut shells on the floor is cool in a dive bar but having to step over peanut shells doesn’t give me confidence in a clean kitchen.

Always messed up orders, missing items etc.PriceyBurgers are good, the fries are not, always end up wet and soggy.It wouldn't be so bad but every time I order from here they always mess up my order, build the burger wrong, miss items entirely...Probably not going to get food from here anymore even though I like the burgers I hate having to get a refund for missed items every time I want to eat.

I absolutely love Five Young! The burgers are fantastic, and the customer service has always been great, with just one exception during my visits. The fries are delicious, though they can occasionally be a bit undercooked. And I have to say, the shakes are wonderful too!
