Decarli - Beaverton

We had a reservation and arrived right on time. Although there were several empty tables, there was no hostess to greet us. After waiting 10 minutes, we were finally seated. The hostess was not very friendly. The food was tasty, but not worth the high prices. The atmosphere felt more like a café with an open layout, making it quite noisy. I've been wanting to try this place ever since they opened at their new location. The interior is quite spacious, making it suitable for larger groups. The bar area is nice and separated from the dining space. We ordered a few dishes to share and were quite pleased with them. We tried the Butter Lettuce, Cavatelli, and Beef Short Ribs. The Beef Short Ribs were definitely the highlight; they were flavorful and tender. The Cavatelli was also enjoyable, with a nice hint of rosemary. Overall, it’s a relaxed spot for a nice dinner.

The appetizers were delicious, and we enjoyed the entrees as well. However, the pizza was underwhelming, lacking toppings considering the price. The drinks were on the pricey side, but the generous and tasty entrees justified the cost. Dessert was reasonably priced and well-portioned. We plan to return when the menu changes. I didn't try the steak due to my dislike of gorgonzola, but my husband enjoyed it greatly.
