Bidrage med feedbackI don 't know why I 'm shocked but I am. Tonight I went through the burger King in tannisborne village beaverton. I 'll never go back. It was simple enough and I used a code through the app. Free whopper or impossible whopper, and I wanted the whopper. I didn 't look at the wrapper specifically. Took a bite and not real meat. Great if your expecting that. Mistakes happen, I 'm ok with that. I looked up the phone number because I was still in my car and could easily swing back over. Unfortunately this time I made a mistake and called the wrong location but the guy who answered was so nice. He said because the code was for either or then they should have confirmed which one and said come on back in and we will get you a new one and trow in a drink given you have to return. Easy peasy. When I returned to the actual location and tried to explain what had happened you would have thought I committed the greatest sin. The code was for an impossible so I showed him. Well why didn 't you mark it down in the app if you wanted the regular whopper. Because I didn 't order it through the app. I ordered it at the drive up window and gave him the code. Then I tried telling him I called. When? You never called I opened my phone to show him and that is when I discovered I had called the wrong location. I said ok my mistake I called the wrong store. Either way, I got the wrong sandwich. I didn 't ask for the impossible whopper. DO YOU HAVE YOUR RECIEPT? Show me your receipt. It was in my car and by now I 've gone into the lobby. I got the receipt and he stood there telling me how I should have marked regular whopper in the app.It had only been 10 minutes, the store was not busy at all and he was the one who took my order through the drive through and I paid at the window. There might have been 3 cars between my order and return. Why am I arguing over a sandwich? He made it my problem and said I did it wrong. Asked did I want cheese and I said sure. Well, you didn 't pay for cheese, but ok. Wow! Never have I been treated like that at a fast food burger joint. Never again. Five Guys, I 'm all yours.
Corporate. Please fix the drive thru order box. Unfortunately staff gets my order wrong every and yelling into a talk box is not ideal this early in the morning.Staff is great, super friendly thanks guys.
The dining room opens at 7am. I had a online order to be picked up. All doors locked and nobody would answer the drive thru window for over half hour...yet I can see the two sandwiches I ordered waiting to be bagged...I banged on every door was ignored..I had to blow up the phone line to get there attention. They were not busy and forgot to unlock the dining room doors even though the online order was stated to be picked up...the sausage croissant (2) were cold and the hash browns were cold
This Burger King is a bit tricky to find the entrance to, and the drive-thru line is confusing as it wrapped around the restaurant. My food was ready in a timely manner and tasted okay. The restaurant on the inside looks a bit out dated.
Ordered two bacon and swiss Whopper Jrs. I'm pretty sure the Swiss wasn't Swiss (yellow? , but maybe that's all they had. Wanted to get one of their mango slushies, but apparently they were out of the mango flavor. It took about three times of repeating before I understood that they were out. Never did understand what other flavors they had, so I just gave up and drank a warm Powerade I had in the vehicle. Tables looked pretty clean, but the bench seats could have used a wipe down (ketchup spots . There was none of that annoying tuned music that you will find in other fast food restaurants, but there was really low Mexican music coming from the kitchen area. That coupled with the almost complete lack of customers (except for one homeless guy sitting in the corner coughing during lunch rush, gave the place that lazy day in Tijuana feel. The woman who took my order at the counter seemed annoyed. Perhaps I was interrupting something.
