Amazing good and service! I’ve never had Puerto Rican food but it was very tasty, unique and flavorful. You won’t regret going here! It has a island vibes almost as if you’re on the sunny island.

After moving from Miami, FL to OR it was very hard to find “authentic” Latin food. I am beyond pleased to have found Boriken! This is my go-to spot for all my Latin cravings. I’m so happy that nothing has been altered in any of their dishes! The owners are some of the kindest people I have met and have a true passion for their amazing restaurant. The added bonus besides their food and hospitality knocking it out of the park is their cocktails! My favorite is the passion fruit mojito. The dishes I order are the chuleta kan kan, bacalaitos, papa rellena, churrasco, trifongo with pernil, maduros and of course you can’t beat their flan for dessert. The owner makes her own sauces. I have purchased her pique which is a well seasoned vinegar hot sauce but for me it’s not too spicy at all just delicious. You can put it on anything for a major boost of flavor! I have brought my family from FL to Boriken and they loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant!

This cozy restaurant is a hidden gem. Can't wait to return and explore more of the menu.
