Bidrage med feedbackToday went into just get a Chili waited in line for over 20 minutes in line to find out at counter they did not have Chili at all this was 2pm today also most of the trays that would be full of cookies muffins, donuts where empty did not look like anyone was in charge at all because the employees where walking around unsure what they had to do the 2 check outs where basically empty also several people had to return their orders as they were not correct this is very poor management should have taken a picture of the empty shelves
Visited this store on Sat. Sept. 17th at about 8:30 am .... fairly busy but not uncommon given a main Hwy. location ... was apparent that the person taking orders was a newbie as she couldn't find the right menu items on the tablet ... her backup was no help and just as bad ... finally figured it out ... sorry but no saugage available for breakfast items ... what ... so ordered something else ... reworked the bill, another challenge ... order delivered but missing one hash brown .. was told combo's don't come with combo's ... that's not what the F'n board says ... she had to get help which resulted in a 5 min. wait for the Hbrown to arrive ... Toilet stall door still missing as well (another comment posted Sept 5th ... deplorable service ... by this time there were at least 20 others in line to experience this joy ... stay clear
I gave one star but they don’t deserve one star! To start things off the women’s bathroom had a stall door missing from it. While waiting in line and no one able to serve in store customers we watched flies all over the muffins and bagels.. Disgusting! Which they where serving to drive thru customers. We saw a sink by the coffee maker that was filthy. The floor was disgusting behind the counter. Then the lady behind the counter took this man’s order. He paid for it and after the fact they didn’t have the sandwich he ordered. So he picked another sandwich they had and she told him it was the same price but it wasn’t. It was less money….trying to rip off the customer! Very mismanaged do not go!
Visited this location a few years ago. Ordered inside, took over 30 minutes between waiting in line, ordering food/drinks, and getting my order. Part of my order had actually been given to someone else. There was no apology and I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault. Ok, these things happen. I returned today with hesitation, but optometric my last experience was a 1 off. It wasn’t. Waited just as long for tea/coffee/hot chocolate, 2 donuts, tea biscuit, and soup. I was given a croissant instead of tea biscuit and they had charged me for a chilli instead of soup. Instead of correcting my ordered they told me i could have the chilli i had already paid for or they could give me a larger soup. No apology. The worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons.
T im Horton's is like McDonalds in my verty humble personal opinion. Once you have been dealing with them for years than they are all the same. Was here yesterday on our way to Lindsay, Ontario to do some shopping. Mature that took our order appeared to be very sleepy but they got our order right. Busy location so be warned it will be busy at the drive thru.
