Submarine House - Beavercreek

I ordered the Work 's Burger and my friend ordered a Philly cheesesteak, my burger was cooked to Perfection and it tasted like all the ingredients or cut fresh to order for my burger, my friends Philly cheesesteak was so good he took a bite out of it before I could get a complete picture of it so pardon the bite out of the sandwich, lol. Service here was great, and we will be back.

This place has grown on me over time. We usually sit at the bar and have had great service. I am not big on subs but I highly recommend these menu items: Cheese quesadilla Homemade house potato chips (fresh hot! Teezers (fried baked potato buds w/cheddar jalapeño Spicy Chipotle Chicken Tacos Beef and lamb gyro

Food was very good both times I've been however the service has been awful to the point of almost non-existence. Waited both times to be seated over 5 minutes only to be told dining area closed (9p). Then watched a group of 3 seated right behind me. Should have left but stayed. Then the waitress which I didn't realize even worked there till she finally stopped at my table had walked by 4xs minimum then was talking to the 2 bartenders for a while she then comes and brings a menu and asks if I'd like a drink which I ordered a soft drink and said I'd like to order she says she we will be right back which she wasn't she came back 10-12 mins later and I ordered. Food took a while then a different server in a uniform brought it to me she was very nice and got me a refill on my drink as well (if you have 3 or 4 of her you would be good) I don't recall her name but she had dark hair and only one of 2 young ladies working July 3rd between 845 and 10pm. The other girl in a grey tshirt was plain awful the worst I've experienced in some time. No urgency no nothing at all I flagged her down and she still ignored me. Not sure I will ever be back or recommend as this is now 2xs I have had purely awful service experience when it's not even busy.

Had an elderly relative pick up lunch here recently, and they tried to use a discount coupon on the order. Unfortunately, the coupon wasn 't valid due to a fine-print exclusion, which is annoying but understandable; this review isn 't because of that. This review is because the staff then subsequently belittled them about it. Rather than a professional I 'm sorry, but we can 't accept this coupon because... , the staff chose to be huge jerks about it. I 've got no tolerance for bullies, and thus I won 't be ordering here again.

What's there to not like. I was in town to pick my sister up from the airport, and she wanted to get some food before we hit the road. Happened to look up food places and came across Submarine House. I remember the old on on Salem Ave and said YEAH let's get a sub. We arrived and was like... ok.. this is far from Salem Ave.. Had a bar, televisions, music and tables.. Nice dim atmosphere and the food we got was great. We both decided on The Big Luigi... Get it!!....YUM!!!
