The Char Haus - Beaver Dam

Wow really a diamond in the rough. Friends brought us there and the food was excellent. One of the specials was Bourbon's glazed salmon for which he was supposed to die. We'll be back with more friends. Great atmosphere and super beautiful servers.

We were here with another pair and all of us were so impressed by the taste and quality of their foods. Our waitress was so funny and helpful. She's been trying to end our lives all the time. I have the pork chop that was so moist and tender. The taste was phenomenal. I can't wait to go back and order it again. My husband swallowed his main rib. He loved it. Our companions had the main rib and scallops. They took care of her. The salad dresses were unique and good.

I love this place, but more for his steaks and their server called Julie than anything else. Food is certainly great..been go there for years. Prices are also great for the value of food. But I've been served by Julie for years and I just love her to die. She's like my sister. She's so brilliant all her clients, but when I get in, it's like a family meeting and I love it. I feel like home. If you want a great steak or a great meal in general along with great service, this is the place to go to Beaver Dam!

After we went to another branch in town and were not even recognized, we went to Char Haus instead. We are lucky that we were ignored in this other place because the staff here was very friendly, the food was great, and the interior is very beautiful. Do not leave the location at all (it is a bit an industrial and residential mix area), an excellent meal and great service await You inside! I also thought my wine selection was limited, WRONG. You have set up a small but GREAT wine list here. My wife and I loved our evening. I went with the Walleye Special they had, and it was made perfect, first prize Friday fish fry safe!

Had dinner there on a Thursday night. We both had steaks with baked potato and choice of soup or salad. 5 Star rating from us waitress was a veteran, friendly and very professional. Must say the steaks were the Best we have had in a long time. Cocktails where good too!!!!
