Bidrage med feedbackWORST SERVICE EVER … Sat in the drive through and watched the car next to me try to place an order for over 10mins. Ended up leaving and going to Arby’s next door. Went through Arby’s drive thru, ordered and received my food. Leaving Arby’s I passed Burger King and saw one car waiting in front of the building that was there still from when I left. Then the car that was next to me in the drive thru behind that one along with another car behind that. All still waiting for their order.On a side note this was the second time I tried to order food through the drive thru at this location. Months prior to this I rolled up to the speaker and sat there for over 5 mins . Not being acknowledged I left and went to Wendy’s. Don’t waste your time going here if the service is this horrible I can only imagine how the food is.
Stopped in the Beaver Dam location for one of the new melts. Never again! The sandwich had so much damn thousand island dressing on it the burger slid out on the floor as I took a bite of it. I guess I got a side of sandwich with the dressing I ordered.
From the city of madison multiple Bks around. Moved here and its not even right to call this place burger king whoever is running this place needs to get fired and needs a redo. it tastes gross and i hear it from all the local citizens here before me. Im not the type to write these things but something should be done. Thought they were having a off day the the first couple times but seeing ALL the employees outside smoking a cigarette was the last straw, i should have recorded. Simply tragic can’t believe its still open.
Not impressed at all. Sure it's a clean place, food is good and is SOMETIMES correct. However, management is trash. Jeff will not only talk to you in a nonchalant way, but he'll yell at and cuss out his hard working employees. Don't let the $15.50 starting pay blind you, its a horrible place to be in. No training,boss doesn't care or help during tough times, management will escalate a problem rather than be a manager, AND they can't get your order right.
I ordered a fountain drink through the drive-thru for my daughter, who has autism, and brought it home for her. After she finished drinking, she discovered that the nozzle from the machine was at the bottom of her empty cup. I understand that accidents can happen, but the nozzle was extremely dirty. When I called to express my concern, the manager didn’t seem very bothered by it and just told me to throw it away. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
