Bidrage med feedbackWe had lunch here one day and liked it so much we went back the next day. You can have a formule (lunchtimes) which includes coffee that comes with ice-cream, mousse and cheesecake (ingredients vary from day to day)
We had a very nice meal here -had the local variations. House wine was good and the staff were very friendly.
We were a little disappoints by the service, especially since the restaurant only had a few people in. After we had finished our main course, no one came to clear the plates, or ask if we wanted anything else. (And it was hard to attract their attention) . Food was decent, ambience good, and would eat there again. .Would, have had dessert and coffee, but got fed up of waiting, so left.
Aperitif was sample of 3 ml. Service was disaster. Non friendly people. No etiket Plates where not clean. DISASTER!!!!
We ate at this bistro last night and although the ambience and the food was pleasant enough, the English menu resulted in a pricey outcome. We were offered the English menu, very glossy though comically inadequate. We chose from the main menu for ourselves and hamburgers from the children's menu which offered a choice of a fish dish or the hamburger. When the burgers appeared they looked enormous and indeed the two girls had real difficulty finishing them. When the bill came we discovered that they had been given hamburgers from the adult menu. When we queried we were told we should have asked for steak haché,! The English menu stated hamburger on the kids' menu. Both the girls are obviously young ( 10 &11yrs old) and very petite so it would be pretty obvious that they would not manage an adult portion. My warning to all is stick to the French menu. Do not go anywhere near the English translation or you risk getting burned on the Rue Jeanne d'Arc
