Bidrage med feedbackNot impressed. Waited in drive thru for 40 minutes. They majorly screwed up our order. Asked for onion rings over fries. Got the wrong burger. Food tasted ?okay?. Wouldn?t come here again.
Whataburger usually has nice employees managers but wow this manager Mary has a serious attitude, not even apologized for making come in the store since curbside never came to me.. my burger was sitting cold soggy.
**Earlier Review:** I find it hard to believe this location has a 4-star rating. I’ve been coming here since it opened nearly 40 years ago, and it used to be fantastic, but not anymore. Lately, my orders are incorrect 50% of the time, the fries are barely warm, limp, and greasy. Half the time they are out of unsweetened tea. I always have to repeat my drive-thru order because they can’t seem to get it right. I just came from the college and 11th location, and everything was perfect. I didn’t have to repeat my order, they got it right, and the fries were done just right. I’ll gladly drive the extra 10 miles round trip from now on—it’s that much better.
I had the worst drive-thru service ever at this location. The cashier dropped my money, closed the window without making any effort to resolve the issue or apologize, and left my change scattered on the ground. After retrieving most of it, she handed me my order. When I suggested that she should give the loose change first before the bills, she responded that they aren’t trained to do it that way and that it rarely happens. I pointed out that this isn't true, as there is plenty of loose change in the drive-thru lane. She then slammed the window in my face, rolled her eyes, and walked away. We won't be returning to this store again, as it’s clear that management allows this kind of behavior.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The lady taking orders had an unpleasant attitude while I was placing my order. She raised her voice significantly when I inquired about the types of drinks available, but there was no drink list on the drive-thru menu. I wouldn't recommend this place; it felt very unprofessional. I also called the manager for assistance, but she ended the call abruptly.
