Wendy's - Beaumont

You guys REALLY need to bring back the grilled chicken sandwich!!!

Lately they've been out of something each time I visit. Tonight it was potatoes. And the app wouldn't respond. So much for earning rewards because you can't get the points after you pay.

They have a hard time putting together a burger. Sloppy stackers.

They got my order wrong and i tried to call but no one answered, couldn't call them again until after work so i went there when no one answered again. Tried to explain to the manager what happened and they just started interogating me like i just wanted a free item when i just wanted the missing item. Mind you they didn't give me a receipt through my first order either. Sucks since i really did like this place, oh well.

It's Wendy's, fast foodSome days it's better than others but it'll never be a 5 star restaurant. I don't think that's their goal
