Chick-fil-a - Beaumont

I placed a carry out order on a small millshake that was delivered promptly but without a straw; my husband called to let them know and the gentleman James came back with a larger size milkshake and even added some whipped cream for me. He was fantastic, extremely polite, and very apologetic for the mistake. I am so impressed!! He was even technically off his shift before delivering the second time. What a fantastic guy and employee!!

Always excellent service. The staff is above reproach. Charming Friendly Personable. I would eat here even if they didn't have the best chicken . But of course they do have the best tasting food.

Wow it was the longest line I had ever seen at any drive-thru, when I went to get in the line I automatically thought I would be there for at least 45 minutes I called my wife she said it would be quick she wasn't joking it literally only took me 7 minutes to order and get my food. They did an awesome job!

As a somewhat strict reviewer I still say 5 stars. Not just because the food is amazing, but the employees interacted with my infant son and made tons of friendly eye contact and asked if we needed anything else. Very personal experience and just the right portion. I split a 12 pc nugget and fries with my wife and half n half tea. Great job folks.

Very great customer service training in the staff here. i see why this place has a line that looks like a mile long. I would come back, first for the great service and second for the food
