Casa Olé #618 - Beaumont

The food isn’t really the same to me, the atmosphere was great and the waitress name Cherish was so amazing.

Sooooo we love Casa Ole. We, my husband and I went to Casa after a dr visit. We ordered guacamole to have with our chips. We ordered shrimp enchiladas to share. When our wonderful waitress brought our single entree to share she also brought a plate. We grabbed our silverware, unwrapped the napkin off of it and mine stuck and ripped away from the fork leaving napkin all over it. His fork was not clean either. I told him to feel the plate and it was dirty too. And there was a hair in the entree. The waitress was very apologetic when I asked her could we please pay for the guacamole and teas that we ate and drank? We will not be eating this entree. Everyone was kind about it. Grossed out but kind. Well she did just that. Made out ticket for just the things we ate. I told them things happen, it won't keep us from coming back tho. Service was outstanding.

Good food and service, but you better wear a coat in there because it's freezing.

Always great service and great food . Our server Maya always makes sure we are happy and satisfied with our meal and drinks . Maya is the best.

It really is a hit and miss place, but food was good, Sauces were good. Ask for the green sauce it was really good. Sever was great, and the food was quick to get out.
