Wonderful, surprising, this restaurant bears its name. The whole meal is an ecrin of arts. Everything is perfect, delicious. The plates are real palettes of colours and flavors. Thanks to the chief for improvising a variation around the carrot for my mom who couldn't eat the spinach. Throughout the meal we were surprised in surprise. The waitress is also an artist. The meal was a little long for a 86-year-old lady but she ate everything and enjoyed it. Thanks, bravo. We'll be back.
